  1. Where are restrooms located?

    Ask your Driver. We will direct you 
     
  2. Can I have an off-site event for my tailgating site?

  4. May I use a generator?
    Sorry, no. Battery power only. Your Limo has power for iPod, DVD, and karaoke
     
  5. What are Open Access sites?

    Open Access sites are areas in the stadium lot where you're allowed to park and tailgate. Usually a parking fee applies.
     
  6. Can I set up a Tent or Canopy?

    Weather in Florida usually does not require one. There will be cooking cover for rainy days.
     
  7. What about disability parking and easy access?

    Ask your driver. The driver will assist you to the entrance if necessary.
     
  8. How do I sign up for tailgating with you?

    Sign up by entering your Reservation or Call or Fax on our homepage. You'll be on your way to a hassle free tailgate in no time!
     
  9. What comes in the Tailgate package?

    The package includes all equipment you'd ever need for a tailgate. We provide a grill, cooking supplies, a table, and of course your Chef. You can purchase your supplies, or we will. A service charge of $25.00 will apply if we purchase your food items. You can specify food items a la carte on our ordering page.
     
  10. What about beer and alcohol? Can I include them in my tailgate package?

    We do not provide beer or alcohol for your tailgate. Non-alcoholic beverages can be ordered a la carte. However, all alcohol must be purchased separately and brought to the stadium by the customer.
     
  11. What happens if we eat all the food and want more?

    All food must be ordered prior to arriving at the stadium lots. Please calculate the number of people who will be attending your tailgate and choose the appropriate amount. Leftovers will be packed up and dropped off with you at the end of the event or donated to a food bank.
     
  12. What happens if we get stuck in traffic or are late?

    if you arrive late, we will still provide your tailgate. However, it is suggested that you arrive 3 hours before game time and you must be parked in one of the designated lots. If you are forced to park beyond these lots, you will have to walk to the stadium in order to enjoy your experience. Please be sure to arrive at the lot in a timely manner.
     
  13. Do we have to clean up?

    No Way! We will clean and pack up all of the tailgating equipment and food for you. Enjoy your Tailgate. No Hassles. No worries. No Mess.
     
  14. Do you have a refund policy?

    A Cancellation Fee of 25% including gratuity will be charged for any cancellation
     
  15. Is there a cancellation policy?

    A charter cancellation that is made less than 96 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full amount. All Cancellation Notices must be made in writing.
